Well I took HTML classes in middle school. But a lot of other people rely on online tutorials. The easiest way to learn is to look at other people's code. Don't steal it and call it your own, but just borrow it, and try changing things around to see what effect it has on the page.
I don't really have a solution for you...

Where did you learn to code DIVs? I've been trying to learn but Internet tutorials never work. Thx
